Hi, I'm Theo, the writer behind With My Korea. Korea is a country that has seen incredibly rapid growth in a short period of time, and because of this, our culture has gone through a massive transformation. I think this is why some aspects of Korea can feel a bit difficult to grasp or understand from an outsider's perspective.

I’ve lived here in Korea for over 30 years. I know a lot about this country, and my hope is that Meet My Korea will help for you in understanding Korea better.

With My Korea not just as an information hub, but kind of like my personal diary mixed with a cultural deep-dive. I'll be sharing everything: hidden sights, local foods, must-visit cafes, fun Korean trends, and interesting insights into Korean society that only a local would know.
